
EMPLOYEE BRAND INTERNALIZATION ASSESSMENT
To ensure that internal stakeholders are aware of the strategy (vision, mission, values) of the organization, and audit is important. This audit is best carried out by external strategy experts, because this allows for candid responses on the brands current reality, due to the promise of anonymity. External consultants like us will also be objective and will probe respondents without bias.
The consultant will interrogate how much ownership your employees assign to the brand. Are the VMV’s well cascaded so they are relevant to everyone’s contribution to the company? An in-depth SWOT analysis will also help to understand the trends internally and externally.
Once an audit of the above is done, it becomes easier to analyze the brands strengths, versus its limitations through being cognizant of the organization’s realities and depth of staff brand internalization.
It is imperative to understand that a company or brand is held up by its employees, and therefore prioritizing employee buy-in is very important for the success of your business.
