A brand story communicates a company’s distinctive essence. It establishes an emotional connection with your target audience. It is a strategy where a company uses narratives to communicate its brand identity, values, mission, culture and personality to its customers / clients.
It recounts the events that sparked the company’s inception and shows how that narrative still drives the mission to date. It resonates with the customers and clients and makes these audiences connect and feel vested in the company.
